Hi! I'm Piero, a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Texas. I commend your decision towards taking care of your mental health and well being.

Recent times may have brought increased uncertainty and stress to us or our loved ones, which could lead us to experience worry, stress and lack of motivation. As a result, we could find ourselves engaging in unhealthy behaviors, difficulty being productive, and lacking clarity in our day to day decisions. This in turn could make us feel helpless, stuck, as if life is not moving forward as we had hoped.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, sadness, grief or trauma, then you are not alone! I firmly believe that we all have the potential and inner resources to gain clarity, strength and find solutions to our day to day challenges. It would be my honor to help serve as a guide in your journey of healing and growth.

Insurance

Empowerment Psychological Services, PLLC bills insurance companies for reimbursement from the following companies: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare.

Our billing team will be happy to verify your benefits & coverage before getting started so that you have a good idea of cost ahead of time.

Insurance may deny coverage even after initially confirming coverage. You are responsible for any and all denials from your insurer regardless of the reason for the denial.

We do not file claims for plans that we are out-of-network with.

While using insurance has its benefits (often cheaper for you, fees go towards deductibles), you do not have to use insurance and can choose to keep your sessions completely private. If you would like to self-pay, please discuss this with us prior to your first session.
